It is the purpose of this project to study the distribution and impact of nonpoint source (NPS) pollution and to develop management measures of NPS pollution control in Putz Creek watershed. The scope of work is outlined below:1.Establishing a pollution model of Putz Creek basin to simulate its NPS pollution loading;2.Developing water quality improvement goals and watershed-based plans;3.Proposing a public participation plan for the pilot community and implement public education activities;4.Setting up the Putz Creek Environmental Information WebPages.
